Photographs may be taken of me at Salty Motor Crew events for promotional purposes of the club.

I understand that participating in Salty Motor Crew rides involves hazards. The hazards include, but are not limited to; condition of participant’s bike, road users, road surfaces, other motorists, pedestrians, carparks, actions of participants, spectators, and weather conditions. In my judgement I have sufficient competence and experience to participate safely.

WAIVER, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE I hereby take action for myself, my executors, administrators, next of kin and assign as follows: From any and all liability for death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, and all other foreseeable risks or claims or actions of any kind, whatever and however occurring, which I at any time had or have as a result of or in connection with, directly or directly, my participation in and travelling to and from the events, the following persons or entities: Event organisers; Event Sponsors; volunteers; community organisations; and all State, Federal and Local Government authorities in which the events may be staged and their (its) respective officers, directors, employees, independent contractors, representatives, agents and volunteers.

INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS the persons or entities mentioned in the point above from any and all liabilities, claims or actions whatever or however caused, arising as a result of or in connection with, directly or indirectly, my participation in and travelling to or from events and activities run by the Salty Motor Crew Incorporarted.

I agree that I enter events and activities voluntarily, and that I am responsible for the control, safety and insurance of my bike/vehicle and also for the safety of any persons riding/travelling on my bike/vehicle duration of the events/activities of the Salty Motor Crew.
